Ordering process
This site offers two types of products: "① Sales Products" and "② Quote Products."
Please see the steps below for each ordering method.
①How to order products
Select a product
Select the product you want, select the color, size, and other specifications, and add it to your cart.
View Cart
Check the items and quantities in your cart, and if there are no problems, click "Proceed to checkout."
Enter your information
If you are a member, please log in. If you are a first-time user, please enter the required information such as your name, address, and contact details.
*You can purchase products without registering as a member, but you will not be able to use the "member benefits."
Choose your payment method
Please select your preferred payment method.
Confirm and confirm your order
Check the details you entered and your order details, then click the "Confirm Order" button.
Receiving an order completion email
Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email, so please wait for your order to arrive.
You can also check your order details in the "Order History" section of your My Page.
② Ordering process for estimated products
Select a product
Select the product you want to request a quote for, select specifications such as color and size, and add it to your cart.
View Cart
Check the items and quantities in your cart, and if there are no problems, click "Request a quote."
Enter your information
If you are a member, please log in. If you are a first-time user, please enter the required information such as your name, address, and contact details.
*You can request a quote without registering as a member.
Issuance of quotation
When the quotation request screen appears, please enter the email address to which the quotation will be sent.
If necessary, enter the recipient's name and contact information, and then click "Send quote request."
A quote will be sent to the email address you entered.
Submit and purchase at a physical retailer
Please contact your local dealer.

Apply for points after purchasing at a retail store
After purchasing from a retailer, please apply using the dedicated registration form on the FAN CLUB website.

About Raise Member Rank Stages
RAYS FAN CLUB allows you to earn points by purchasing products, participating in events, and receiving quotes.
Accumulated points have no expiration date and are valid for life.
When you reach a certain number of points, your rank will increase and you will receive benefits according to your rank stage.

OFFICIAL STOREでは、お買い物や会員登録など、さまざまな場面でポイントを貯めることができます。
- 商品ご購入で100円につき5ポイント
- 会員登録で500ポイントプレゼント
- お誕生日月に1,000ポイントプレゼント
ホイール購入で貯める
販売店舗でRAYSホイール1台分をご購入いただいた方は、専用フォームから申請いただくことで、ポイントを獲得できます。
申請内容を確認のうえ、条件を満たした場合にポイントを付与いたします。
- ポイント付与は審査完了後となります。
- 過去（2025年10月1日以前）のご購入分については、お一人様1セット分を対象としてポイントを付与いたします。
イベント来場で貯める
RAYSが出展するイベントにご来場いただくと、会員証のご提示で来場ポイントを獲得できます。
- 1イベント1回まで付与。重複している場合は後日取消されます。
- イベントによりポイント数が変更となる場合があります。
Use coupon
Use coupon
You can check the list of coupons you have acquired by logging in to your My Page.
Please check the coupon codes distributed during campaigns, events, email newsletters, etc.
Add product to cart
Add the product you want to your cart.
Enter your coupon code
Proceed to the checkout screen and enter your coupon code in the "Coupon Code Entry Field".
Check if the discount is reflected
After applying, please check that the discount price and benefits are reflected.
Complete your purchase
Please proceed to complete the purchase process.
Coupon Notes
・Coupons may have expiration dates or restrictions on eligible products and categories.
・Only one coupon can be used per purchase.
・This offer may not be combined with other discounts or campaigns.
・Coupons cannot be reissued, exchanged for cash, or transferred.
Payment Methods
Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
Credit card payment
The following credit cards can be used for payment.
When placing an order, please enter your card number, expiration date, and security code.
Once payment is complete, we will begin arranging your order.
Apple Pay
This is a payment service provided by Apple.
You can easily pay using the address and credit card information registered to your Apple ID.
In particular, if you use an iPhone or Mac, it is likely that the settings have already been set up, allowing for smooth shopping.
Google Pay
This is a payment service provided by Google.
You can easily make payments using the address and credit card information registered in your Google account.
By logging in with your Google account, you can avoid tedious input work and proceed with the purchase process smoothly.
Shipping fees and delivery methods
Shipping
Shipping costs are 500 yen (tax included) nationwide.
*The price for Okinawa Prefecture is 1,600 yen (tax included).
Free shipping on purchases over 11,000 yen (tax included)!
About Shipping
Normally, we will ship your order the next day after payment is completed and payment is confirmed (when your order is completed for cash on delivery).
Delivery will be via Sagawa Express.
*We do not ship overseas.
Estimated delivery time
The estimated delivery time from shipping is as follows:
・Honshu, Shikoku, Kyushu: 1 to 3 days ・Hokkaido, Okinawa: 3 to 5 days *Please note that delivery may be delayed due to weather or traffic conditions.
Returns and Exchanges
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
- We do not accept cancellations after an order has been completed.
・If you receive a defective product or a problem with the product, please contact us by email at the inquiry address within 8 days of receiving the product.
We will guide you through the return and exchange procedures.
