By registering as a member, you can enjoy benefits according to your RAYS membership rank.

qHow do I increase my membership rank?a
By purchasing products, you will accumulate points, and your membership rank will automatically increase according to the total number of points you have accumulated.
Points are also awarded when you participate in events or purchase products for which quotes have been given in store.

Where can I find my membership card?
aYour membership card will be displayed on the top screen of your My Page. After logging in, access My Page and check it.

qIs there an expiration date for member points?a
Member points do not expire.
These are managed as "status points" that accumulate throughout your life, and your membership rank is determined based on the total number of points you accumulate.

qCan I purchase without registering as a member?a
You can also purchase products without registering as a member.
However, you will not be able to use services such as point rewards and member rank benefits.

qAre points added for estimated products?a
Points will not be added simply by "issuing a quote" for a quoted product.
Points are only awarded when you actually purchase products at a store using the quote.

I haven't received a confirmation email after making a payment?
aIf you do not receive a confirmation email after making a payment, the following may be the cause:

Yes, we can issue a receipt.

Shipping costs are 500 yen (tax included) nationwide.
